Noam Chomsky On Ron Paul – “His policies are off the wall”

Noam Chomsky has endorsed President Obama in 2012, albeit a lukewarm endorsement. This clip has Noam pointing out what is obvious to anyone with any sense, that Ron Paul is not a friend of liberals or progressives. Chomsky says of libertarianism,  “It might sound nice on the surface, but if you think it through, it’s just a call for corporate tyranny.”

  1. Every once in a while he says something that makes sense, but not as often as a broken clock.

Yesterday he weighed in on talks with Iran and said that it was the correct thing to do and I agree with him on that. Just because you are negotiating with an “enemy” doesn’t mean that you are surrendering.

Now if you will excuse me I need to hang some “Ron Paul is crazy” vinyl banners from freeway overpasses.

  2. People forget that during all those years of “Cold War” our political leaders kept talking with the Soviets and Chinese. To hear the current crop of clowns, you’d think President Obama was Neville Chamberlain.
