Aaron Schock Compares Himself To Lincoln – A Rare Photo Proves It

In Aaron Schock’s final speech on the floor of the House, he compared himself to Abraham Lincoln…which should be a clue to what is wrong with the man. The hubris with which this guy operated, like many who get elected to office, both Democrats and Republicans, is just over the top. We’ve only begun to learn what this guy did, I’m sure there will be more that will come out as the investigation continues.

I dug deep into the archives and found this rare photo of Abraham Lincoln acting just like Aaron Schock. (Photoshop is fun for the whole family)

Impressions From My Yard – Photos On The 4th

I walked around my yard this morning and this is what I ended up with. When I walked in the house, I thanked my wife for such a beautiful yard. Most of the flowers and plants in our gardens are recycled, either rescued from gardens that my wife has worked on or from the dump, where people throw away perfectly good plants. The rocks were all dug up and hauled by my wife and I over a couple years.. We would go rock hunting periodically, and had one spot that produced a lot of them. My wife is an advanced Master Gardener, certified through Michigan State University.

I’m Coming Back People

I haven’t dropped off the face of the planet, although it may look like that if you’ve been stopping by.  I’ve been very focused on several corporate video projects including a new one with a short deadline that is approaching. I’m nearing completion of the projects and look forward to getting back into the swing of this blogging thing. And of course, I was also getting stuff ready for my accountant for tax time.

Here is a photo of my granddaughter who is pulling my leg, so to speak. She’s growing fast and is very smart, funny and the cutest thing I’ve ever seen.
