  1. Our President is awesome! Poor widdle republicans had their testicles cut off throughout the whole almost 90 minutes. Beautiful to watch!

I loved it when President Obama pointed out to the GOP children that if they’re saying Obama’s plan is to hijack the nation, then the republicans can’t be saying, “We want to work with the president on HCR! We also have ideas!”, because by doing so they’re saying they too want to hijack the nation!

A beautiful moment and one I will never forget. LOL!

The republic party is the most pathetic party today. Cringe-worthy watching them in action!

  2. It was pretty unbelievable, no media filter, just the President telling it like it is. It was like he lifted the sheet to reveal their tactics, the president has some balls, I have to say. Can you imagine being in a room full of idealogues with pitch forks. It will go down in history….but I don’t think it will ever happen again.

  3. Although at times I have been frustrated with our president, I try to avoid childish impatience wanting him to wave his magic wand and solve all of our world’s problems RIGHT NOW!!! I still don’t have buyer’s remorse as many on the REICH are now saying is happening with Obama’s base. However, I think it is wishful thinking on the part of Republicans, who want to get back into power that Democrats will bring Obama down. But, if Democrats form circular firing squads, it could happen. Then hear all the bitching as the Supreme Court starts voting 6-3, 7-2, 8-1, 9-0!

Remember the words used by Nixon’s VP Spiro Agnew about liberals using phrases coined by White House speechwriters William Safire and Pat Buchanan……”pusillanimous pussyfooters”, “nattering nabobs of negativism”, “hopeless, hysterical hypochondriacs of history”, and “an effete corps of impudent snobs who characterize themselves as intellectuals.” We have to make sure these shoes don’t fit.

  4. Thanks Grant, I hadn’t seen some of those phrases before, pretty good stuff. As I said in my latest post, I’ve never bought into the doom and gloom about his presidency being failed or whatever, many underestimate our president. I think yesterday was a “wake up call” to many democrats, a reality check. They had gone to sleep or something and just woke up and went “woe, we did elect a great president.”

  5. I watched the replay on C-Span and then watched Olbermann, Rachel and Tweety on the web later night. Our President is an intelligent person, and I hope the Democrats stop and take notice that this is their chance to do what is good for this country. I have great respect for our President. He really put it on the line in the State of the Union and yesterday. The congress people are their to do what is best for the nation, not for themselves. But we have grown up with a society that is MeMeME first and you come second. Sad state of affairs. If Democrats, Liberals, Progressives stay home at Mid term, they better look themselves in the mirror and see what they have wrought. Obama is one person, he asked for our help not just to stay home and bitch.

  6. It’s too bad it probably won’t ever happen again, that Q & A thing. It will be useful video for the 2010 elections, I’m sure it will make it’s way into some ads.
