Lawrence and David Remnick On The Most Qualified President Ever – Barack Obama!

There was a lot of great stuff on MSNBC last night, I wonder if they will all be fired because of it. Lawrence was particularly good last night. I loved this segment.

  1. Not qualified according to Glenn Greenwald, who just had 10 minutes of face time on Dylan Ratigan’s hour this afternoon. Greenwald seems to doubt that Bradley Manning will have any better treatment at Fort Leavenworth than he had at Quantico and says the administration is DECEITFUL when saying he has been in solitary for his own protection. So why not put Manning out among other military prisoners and see how long it will take for someone to give Bradley a shiv? It was mentioned that Leavenworth is bigger, not as “controlled” an environment as Quantico. However, if Manning were to be harmed in prison, then you can imagine who will be getting the blame from the firebag crowd…imagine the conspiracies, that Obama and his minions wanted to make Manning an example, “a warning for other whistle-blowers”.

Greenwald is also concerned that Democrats are allowing the Obama administration to do some of the very things Bush did, but in the past Democrats condemned those Bush policies. So does Obama = Bush according to Greenwald??? Both Dylan and Glenn seemed upset with Petraeus is moving to CIA and Panetta is moving to Defense.

  2. Well, well, well, Lawrence O’Donnell wasn’t on his show Thursday night, he had a sub – Chris Hayes. Do you think he just may have crossed a few lines on Wednesday?
    What do you think?

    • I too was amazed that O’Donnell was so critical of the network that pays him. MSNBC, CNBC, and NBC each stand on their own but share many of the same bosses.
